ATTENTION PASSENGERS
On April 19 and 20, the municipality will provide special public transportation services to facilitate citizens’ travel to cemeteries, particularly to the “Sfântul Lazăr” Cemetery.
Thus, on these days, in addition to municipal public transportation operating under special arrangements, free transportation will be provided for passengers on bus route No. 27, as well as on the additional routes “C” and “D,” established for this period. At the same time, some routes will be extended to the cemetery.
Organized routes
- Route “C” (departure time 06:15) – will depart from Vasile Alecsandri Street, bound for Doina Street (“Saint Lazarus” Cemetery);
- Route No. 27 (departure time 06:30) – will depart from Renașterii Naționale Boulevard (Circus area), bound for Doina Street (“Sfântul Lazăr” Cemetery);
- Route “D” (departure time 07:00) – will depart from Renașterii Naționale Boulevard (Circului area), bound for Doina Street (“Sfântul Lazăr” Cemetery);
- Additionally, if necessary, extra routes will be added and extended to the “St. Lazarus” Cemetery.
All routes will make stops at the existing stations along the route.
Transportation will operate throughout the day, depending on passenger traffic. Additional vehicles will be deployed whenever necessary, both for travel to the cemetery and for the return trip.
Citizens are asked not to crowd or rush, and to show patience and mutual respect for those around them.
As in previous years, the Chisinau City Hall will make every effort to ensure that this period proceeds under good, safe, and organized conditions.
