Data and purposes
- Technical session, language, authentication and CSRF protection for site operation and security.
- Data entered voluntarily in forms: name, phone, email, message, reports and attached files.
- If analytics is accepted: IP address, user agent, device type, browser family, approximate country, referrer and visited pages.
- GPS location is used in the browser for nearby stops and map display; it is not stored in our database.
Cookies and retention
- The cookie required for your browsing session normally expires after 120 minutes of inactivity.
- Your cookie preferences are stored for 12 months.
- Internal analytics data is retained for up to 180 days under the current configuration.
External services
The site may communicate with Tranzy for transport data, OpenStreetMap/MapLibre for route maps, Bunny Fonts for fonts and, only with your permission, Google Maps and chisinau.md. These providers may receive technical data such as your IP address when their resources load.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, within the limits provided by law.
- You may withdraw analytics and external-content permission at any time through Cookie preferences.
- Rejecting optional cookies does not block the main site functions.
- GPS permission can be withdrawn in your browser settings.
